The third day of Crufts included the Scruffts crossbreed competition and the Gundog breed and group judging
Crufts 2025 has named another Best in Show finalist at the end of its third day at the NEC Birmingham.
Today’s programme included the Scruffts final for crossbreed dogs and the judging of the gundogs.
Each of the gundog breeds was judged to find a winner and then each of those went forward into the group judging. The group winner becomes the fifth of seven finalists for Sunday’s Best in Show.
The Golden Retriever led the pack for the gundogs, with 509 dogs participating, followed by the Labrador (485) and Cocker Spaniel (418). The next most popular are the Flatcoated Retriever (309), Irish Setter (266), and Pointer (228).
